1. Baby & Toddler Left in Cars During Heat Wave
A baby girl, found after being left unattended in a hot car, was pronounced dead. In a separate incident, a toddler left unattended in a hot car, was rescued by police.
2. Sunburn Removes UV-Damaged Skin Cells
A new study shows that the painful, red and itchy consequence of getting too much sun is the body’s way of eliminating damaged skin cells that are at an increased risk of becoming cancerous.
