Exercise…I know that this is likely of bizarre noise, because you do not have enough energy for exercise, but once that you start to exercise more, you will have more energy. Think of it this way. Go for a nice walk, make a class to your gym, get your blood flowing and you have more energy in a short time and especially losing your weight fast baby!
